Report an Issue

Encountering a problem? Let us know, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Whether it’s a technical bug, account issue, or anything else, your feedback helps us improve. Follow these steps to get the help you need, instantly:

Step 1: Navigate to the Support Channel

Go to the #server-support channel in our Discord server. You’ll find instructions on how to submit a ticket for assistance (see Image below).

Step 2: Create a Ticket

Click the Create Ticket button at the bottom of the channel. This will open a private ticket channel where our support team can assist you (see Image below).

Step 3: Describe Your Issue

Once your ticket channel is created, describe your issue or report in detail. Our team will respond as soon as possible to provide support or resolve the problem (see Image below).
